1. The allotment of Type-I, II and III Govt. Qtrs. in the areas of Shahdara, East, North-East, North, Central & North-West Districts, New Police Line and Pitam Pura Lines (Outer Distt.) is stopped for two months initially in view to provide alternate Qtrs. on priority to residents of Geeta Colony, Jagat Puri, D&H Blocks-NPL, Ahata Kidara and Chandni Mahal due to dangerous condition for living purpose.

3. 56 Govt. Quarters of Type-III at K and L Blocks in Delhi Police Hosing Complex, Mandoli, PS Harsh Vihar, Delhi are also available for allotment in the bidding month of August-2025.
